We had the pleasure of performing for a very enthusiastic audience in Port McNeill for Canada Day. Despite the cold windy weather, folks bundled up in jackets and blankets and most stayed to the bitter end. Great fun was had by all! We’re also enjoying our busking experience on Granville Island in Vancouver and want to give our sincere thanks to fellow busker Ron Jones for showing us the ropes and bailing us out with equipment on our first visit over.
For something a little different for our Nanaimo friends and fans we will be performing at Woodgrove Centre on July 21st (7pm) as part of the Summer Arts Faire program. So if you’ve nothing to do that Wednesday night, we’d love to see you pop by the food court and enjoy some music and air conditioning.
For those attending Islands Folk Fest we will be running sound at the Tzouhalem Stage so please pop by and say hello!

Summer is almost here and with the warmer weather you'll find us playing outside quite a bit.
Be sure to check out the Cedar Farmers Market if you're looking to get fresh food right from its source. You'll also find good tunes there while you shop (it's our favourite market to play at!).
We'll also be at the Miner's Heritage Picnic again this year in South Nanaimo, which is always a great way to spend an afternoon with your family. Click here for more info about the Miner's Heritage Picnic (now in it's 18th year!).
May 2010
We'll be performing at the 147th Victoria Highland Games & Celtic Festival on Sunday May 23rd! The Games will kickoff with a pancake breakfast on Saturday May 22 at 8am. There will be many wonderful musical performances all weekend and fun events apart from the games including sheep dog trials and haggis hurling.
For full info check out the Victoria Highland Games Association on the web. Hope to see you there in all your kilted glory!
